Ugro Capital reported its FY25 results with Assets Under Management (AUM) of INR 12,003 crore, up 33% year-on-year. Q4 FY25 saw record quarterly loan disbursements of INR 2,436 crore, up 57% YoY and 16% QoQ. Total Income for FY25 rose 33% to INR 1,442 crore, while Net Total Income grew 27% to INR 814 crore. Profit After Tax (PAT) for FY25 stood at INR 144 crore, up 21% YoY, and Q4 PAT was INR 41 crore, up 24% YoY. Asset quality remained healthy with GNPA at 2.3% and NNPA at 1.6%. The company also raised its highest-ever quarterly debt of over INR 1,500 crore, taking total debt to INR 6,904 crore.
