27th AGM held; six resolutions moved, voting results awaited

Ujaas Energy held its 27th AGM on 14 July 2026 at the Indore registered office, chaired by Geeta Mundra. Six resolutions were transacted: adoption of FY26 audited standalone financials, re-appointment of Vikalp Mundra as director retiring by rotation, appointment of Geeta Mundra as Non-Executive Chairman, approval for loans and guarantees under section 185, approval for investments and loans under section 186, and raising the borrowing limit to Rs 1,000 crores under section 180(1)(c). All directors attended except Vikalp Mundra. 35 members attended. The scrutiniser's report and voting results will be filed separately.
