Ultramarine & Pigments held its 65th AGM on 22 July 2026 via video conferencing. Four resolutions were proposed: adoption of audited financials for FY26, dividend of Rs 6 per share, re-appointment of Ms Tara Parthasarathy as Director, and ratification of Cost Auditor fees. 86 shareholders attended via VC out of 19,070 on record date.
