Ultramarine & Pigments has reported its Q1 FY26 (April–June 2025) standalone and consolidated unaudited results, approved by the Board on 23 July 2025. Standalone revenue from operations rose to ₹18,194 lakhs from ₹15,479 lakhs in Q1 FY25, a growth of about 17.5%, while standalone profit after tax (PAT) came in at ₹1,663 lakhs versus ₹1,587 lakhs, up roughly 4.8% year-on-year. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations grew to ₹18,438 lakhs (from ₹16,054 lakhs, ~14.8% growth), and consolidated PAT rose to ₹1,919 lakhs from ₹1,654 lakhs, a ~16% jump, with consolidated EPS at ₹6.91 versus ₹5.65. The statutory auditor (Sundaram & Srinivasan) issued an unqualified limited review report for both standalone and consolidated results.
Modest growth across both standalone and consolidated numbers, with consolidated earnings showing a slightly stronger performance than standalone. No red flags in the auditor's report and results are in line with normal operations; shareholders should view this as a steady, in-line quarter rather than a major catalyst.
