UltraTech's Chairman shared a detailed recap at the 25th AGM. For FY25, the company posted net revenue of Rs. 75,955 crore, EBITDA of Rs. 13,302 crore, and sales volumes of 135.83 million tonnes (up 14% YoY). It added 42.6 MTPA of capacity in FY25, including 26.3 MTPA from the India Cements and Kesoram Industries acquisitions, taking total capacity to 188.8 MTPA. Q1 FY26 was strong with net revenue of Rs. 21,275 crore, EBITDA up 44% YoY to Rs. 4,591 crore, and PAT up 49% to Rs. 2,226 crore. The Board proposed a dividend of Rs. 77.50 per share, totalling Rs. 2,283.75 crore. Management said the company is on track to cross 200 MTPA capacity in FY26, a full year ahead of the original FY27 target, and aspires to become the largest cement seller outside China.
Positive for shareholders: strong Q1 FY26 earnings growth, a healthy dividend, and an upgraded capacity timeline signal continued momentum. The accelerated 200 MTPA target could support long-term volume and revenue growth, though the speech contained no new specific margin or acquisition guidance.
