UltraTech Cement's Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Vikram Bhalla as an Independent Director for a five-year term starting 8th June 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Bhalla is a senior partner and founding team member of Boston Consulting Group (BCG) India with nearly 30 years of advisory experience in strategy, transformation, and organizational development. He has advised leading Indian conglomerates across more than 30 countries.
