UltraTech Cement has issued a clarification denying recent media reports (dated 4th July 2025) that it is 'under scanner' in a cement cartelisation case. The company states it is not under investigation in Case No. 35 of 2020 before the Competition Commission of India (CCI) and has neither received any CCI order nor had its financials sought.
