Umiya Mobile, a multi-brand smartphone and consumer electronics retailer listed on BSE SME, filed its H2 & FY26 investor presentation. Revenue from operations grew 29% YoY in H2 FY26 to ₹47,090.71 lakhs, while full-year FY26 revenue stood at ₹83,609.69 lakhs (up from ₹56,007.92 lakhs in FY25). PAT rose to ₹540.92 lakhs in H2 FY26 (up 43% YoY) and ₹919.37 lakhs for the full year. The company operates 400+ stores across Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Diu under four brands (MyPhone, Phone Plus, Phone and Phone, Leela Mobile), with revenue split 96.6% from mobiles. EBITDA remains negative at the operating level, with profits supported largely by other income.
Strong top-line and PAT growth is a positive signal, but the continuing negative operating EBITDA suggests core retail margins remain under pressure — investors should watch whether margin expansion follows revenue growth. The improving debt-equity ratio (2.10 in FY24 to 1.20 in FY26) and Tier 2/3 expansion plan support the growth story, while the current market price of ₹51 sits well below the 52-week high of ₹124.89.
