Lords Mark Industries Ltd reported its first full quarter of meaningful operations, with standalone total income of Rs 15,532.72 lakhs in Q3 FY26 versus Rs 1,021.10 lakhs in Q2 FY26, and the company swung to a standalone net profit of Rs 1,395.29 lakhs from a loss of Rs 242.01 lakhs in the previous quarter. On a consolidated basis (including 5 subsidiaries in automotive, biotech, green energy, and healthcare), Q3 FY26 total income was Rs 18,604.35 lakhs with a net profit of Rs 1,287.31 lakhs. Prior year comparisons for Dec 2024 show zero income, indicating the business has effectively been relaunched or transformed. Standalone EPS for the quarter was Rs 0.41 (basic and diluted). The statutory auditors (Sanjeev S Gupta & Associates) issued an unqualified limited review report, noting that the comparable Dec 2024 quarter figures were not reviewed by them.
This marks a dramatic operational turnaround for the company, moving from nil revenue to substantial topline and bottomline numbers, which is likely to be viewed very positively by the market. However, the sharp jump in finance costs (Rs 464 lakhs standalone in Q3) and dependence on recently consolidated subsidiaries warrant close monitoring for sustainability.
