The Board of Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Ltd appointed Ms. Rashmi Gupta as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective May 28, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. Ms. Gupta is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and B.Com from Delhi University. She brings over 15 years of experience across multiple industries including AI-based HR Solutions, IT-ITES, Consulting (PwC), Law Firms, Manufacturing, and Hospitality. Prior to this appointment, she was associated with RateGain Travel Technologies Limited (NSE & BSE listed) as Associate Director – Legal & Compliance and Forum Engineering, Japan (Tokyo Stock Exchange listed) as Head Legal & Company Secretary. She has been with Unimech since April 02, 2026 as Assistant General Manager – CS & Legal before this promotion.
This is a routine governance appointment replacing or filling the Company Secretary role. Ms. Gupta's strong compliance background with listed companies and Big 4 consulting experience should strengthen the company's regulatory adherence.
