Uniparts India grants 1.38 lakh stock options under ESOP 2023

Uniparts India has granted 1,37,944 stock options to eligible employees under its Employee Stock Option Scheme 2023. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved these on June 19, 2026. Of these, 97,257 options carry an exercise price of Rs 490 per share, and 40,687 options carry an exercise price of Rs 652.90 per share. Each option is convertible into one equity share of face value Rs 10. Vesting will happen over 1 to 3 years, with a 3 year exercise window after each vesting. The scheme complies with SEBI SBEB Regulations 2021.
Minor future dilution risk as options vest and get exercised, but routine employee incentive grant with no immediate effect on shareholders.
