Uniparts India filed the transcript of its Q4 FY25 earnings call held on May 28, 2025. Q4 revenue from operations came in at INR253 crores, up 21.4% quarter-on-quarter but down 12.8% year-on-year, with EBITDA at INR41.64 crores (down 19% YoY). The company remains net debt-free with a group net cash position of about INR194 crores and paid out dividends totaling INR64.31 crores in FY25 (73% of PAT). New business wins over the trailing 12 months stood at approximately INR195 crores annualized, and aftermarket revenue grew 20% YoY. Management guided for mid-teens top-line growth in FY26, with margins expected to improve as operating deleverage reverses, supported by new customer wins in Europe and Asia Pacific. The company stated it will be P&L neutral on US tariffs, with Mexico operations on track to commence by January 2026.
The mid-teens FY26 growth guidance and expected margin recovery provide a positive forward outlook, supported by a strong net cash position and healthy dividend payout. However, the underlying market remains weak, especially in large agriculture, so the growth story depends heavily on execution of new business awards and geopolitical/tariff stability.
