Uniphos Enterprises, part of UPL's promoter group, transferred 9,80,000 fully paid-up equity shares (0.11% of UPL's paid-up capital) of UPL Limited to Nerka Chemicals Private Limited at market price. This inter-se transfer was approved by Uniphos shareholders at the AGM on 20th September 2024.
