Unipro Technologies reported a marginal profit of Rs. 1.91 lakh for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended 30 June 2025), turning around from a loss of Rs. 2.06 lakh in the same quarter last year. The company, however, continues to have zero revenue from operations, with total income of Rs. 6.63 lakh coming entirely from 'other income'. Total expenses stood at Rs. 16.63 lakh, mainly employee costs (Rs. 12.58 lakh). Basic and diluted EPS came in at Rs. 0.03. The statutory auditor (MM Reddy & Co.) issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications. Alongside the results, the board approved several leadership changes, including the appointment of three new independent directors, a new executive director (Mr. Pudvi Raj Thandakamalla), a new internal auditor (Mr. Bhasker Aitha), and the shifting of the registered office within Hyderabad. The 40th AGM has been scheduled for 30 August 2025.
For shareholders, the swing to a small profit is technically positive but the absence of any operating revenue keeps the business outlook weak. The significant board overhaul may signal efforts to restructure or revive operations, but investors should watch closely for any return of core IT/software services revenue.
