Unipro Technologies, a small Hyderabad-based IT and Software Services company, reported an unaudited net loss of around ₹11.80 lakhs for Q3 FY24 (quarter ended 31 Dec 2023), compared with a ₹7.98 lakh loss in the previous quarter (Sep 2023) and a ₹11.63 lakh loss in the year-ago quarter. For the nine months ended Dec 2023, the cumulative net loss stood at roughly ₹3.85 lakhs, narrower than the ₹5.31 lakh loss in the same period a year earlier. Total expenses for the latest quarter rose to about ₹11.80 lakhs from ₹7.98 lakhs in the preceding quarter, driven mainly by higher other expenses and employee costs. The statutory auditor, V Ravi & Co., issued an unqualified (clean) limited review report with no qualifications, emphasis of matter, or going-concern flag.
Persistent quarterly losses and a widening sequential loss suggest continued stress on the business, which is a negative signal for shareholders; however, the clean auditor review and absence of any debt or exceptional items limit immediate downside surprises.
