Unisem Agritech Ltd has entered into an 11-month Job Work Agreement dated February 23, 2026, with Seednet Agri Private Limited (SAPL) for seed processing, treatment, drying and packaging of Maize, Paddy, Bajra and Jowar crops. The agreement covers unloading, processing, packing and bulking services at SAPL's facility in Telangana, with per-kg rates ranging from Rs. 3 to Rs. 7 depending on crop and pack size. The transaction is a related-party deal because two directors/promoters of Unisem are fathers of SAPL's promoters, and it has been approved by the Audit Committee at arm's length terms. The company states the deal has no impact on its management or control and is in the ordinary course of business.
