United Credit Limited reported audited financial results for Q4 and full year FY2026. Total revenue grew to Rs. 343.50 lakhs from Rs. 310.55 lakhs in the prior year, representing approximately 10.6% growth. However, profit before tax declined to Rs. 108.52 lakhs from Rs. 130.14 lakhs (down about 16.6%), and profit after tax fell to Rs. 81.47 lakhs from Rs. 93.32 lakhs. Basic EPS declined from Rs. 1.90 to Rs. 1.61 per share. The Board recommended NIL dividend. Operating cash flow remained negative at Rs. 5.59 lakhs (improved from negative Rs. 43.88 lakhs previously). Total assets increased marginally to Rs. 3,156 lakhs. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the financial statements.
Revenue growth shows modest business expansion, but declining profitability and negative operating cash flow are concerns. The clean audit opinion provides some comfort, but shareholders may be cautious given the PAT decline and NIL dividend.
