United Credit Limited has published its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025 in Financial Express and Ekdin newspapers, as required under SEBI LODR Regulations. For Q3 FY26, total income from operations stood at ₹27.61 lakhs, down sharply from ₹88.67 lakhs in Q3 FY25. Net profit after tax for the quarter came in at ₹15.88 lakhs versus ₹63.85 lakhs in the year-ago quarter, a decline of roughly 75%. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, profit after tax was ₹27.17 lakhs with basic and diluted EPS of ₹0.51. Quarterly basic and diluted EPS stood at ₹0.30 versus ₹1.20 in Q3 FY25. The results were signed by A.K. Dabriwala, Chairman & Managing Director.
The sharp year-on-year drop in both revenue and quarterly profit points to a significant slowdown in the company's core business, which is likely to be viewed negatively by shareholders. Given the very small scale of operations (figures in lakhs), even modest absolute changes represent large percentage swings that could pressure the stock price.
