United Drilling Tools Limited has submitted copies of newspaper publications (Financial Express and Jansatta) to BSE and NSE, disclosing its Q1 FY26 (ended June 30, 2025) unaudited financial results, as required under SEBI LODR Regulation 47(3). Total income fell sharply to ₹3,224.73 Lacs (standalone) and ₹3,198.76 Lacs (consolidated), down from ₹5,477.05 Lacs and ₹5,465.67 Lacs in Q1 FY25. Net profit for the quarter dropped to ₹291.49 Lacs (standalone) and ₹295.67 Lacs (consolidated), compared to ₹431.15 Lacs and ₹434.37 Lacs in the year-ago period. Standalone basic EPS stood at ₹1.43 versus ₹2.13 in Q1 FY25. The Board, at its meeting on August 12, 2025, declared an interim dividend of 6% (₹0.60 per equity share). Management stated that revenue is expected to rise significantly in upcoming quarters, supported by orders in hand and expected orders.
The sharp year-on-year decline in both revenue and profit may weigh on short-term investor sentiment, but the dividend declaration and management's positive forward-looking commentary on order book growth could cushion the impact on the stock.
