United Interactive Limited has filed its 42nd Annual Report for FY 2024-25 and notified that the AGM will be held on September 26, 2025 via video conferencing. On a standalone basis, the company had no operating revenue and earned only ₹15.63 lakh as other income (mainly dividend from its subsidiary Netesoft India), resulting in a small net loss of ₹1.01 lakh (versus a loss of ₹0.87 lakh in FY24). On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations dropped sharply to ₹229.69 lakh from ₹382.90 lakh, but profit after tax jumped to ₹221.76 lakh from ₹74.21 lakh, driven by higher other income and a strong turnaround at subsidiary Netesoft (PAT of ₹238.39 lakh vs ₹90.71 lakh). No dividend has been recommended due to accumulated losses at the standalone level. Director changes included the appointment of Mrs. Namita Ghayal as Independent Director and the exit of Mr. Ajay Shanghavi during the year.
The standalone entity is essentially a holding shell with negligible operations, so shareholders should track consolidated performance. While top-line (operations) shrank, the bottom line strengthened sharply thanks to the subsidiary, which is the real engine of value. No dividend means income-seeking investors won't see a payout this year.
