The United Nilgiri Tea Estates Company has announced that its 103rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday, 12th July 2025 at 11:00 A.M. IST through Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Sunday, 6th July 2025 to Saturday, 12th July 2025 (both days inclusive). Remote e-voting will be open from Wednesday, 9th July 2025 (9:00 A.M. IST) to Friday, 11th July 2025 (5:00 P.M.
