United Spirits has released a preliminary Q4FY26 revenue update ahead of its formal Board meeting on 14th May 2026. Consolidated net sales value (NSV) grew 3.7% to INR 3,054 crore in Q4 and 7.7% to INR 12,467 crore for the full fiscal year, both on a reported basis. Standalone performance shows the Premium & Prestige (P&A) segment growing 5.0% in Q4 and 8.6% for the year, while the Popular segment declined 13.2% in Q4 due to a one-off imputed interest item of INR 37 crore in the prior year base. Excluding Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh (where policy changes had divergent impacts), core national business growth was 8.5% for Q4 and 11.3% for the year. RCSPL has been classified as discontinued operations and excluded from consolidated numbers, with prior-year figures restated accordingly.
Revenue growth of around 7.7% for FY26 indicates solid but modest expansion. The P&A segment continues to drive growth while Popular segment remains under pressure. The restatement of prior-year numbers due to RCSPL discontinuation adds a layer of complexity for investors analysing historical comparisons.
