United Van Der Horst Ltd reported audited standalone financial results for FY ended March 2026. Revenue from operations grew 6.3% year-on-year to Rs 3,194.22 lakhs from Rs 3,004.19 lakhs. Net profit increased 19.8% to Rs 521.85 lakhs from Rs 435.75 lakhs. However, Q4 FY26 performance was weaker with revenue of Rs 593.86 lakhs (vs Rs 885.42 lakhs in Q4 FY25) and net profit of Rs 35.78 lakhs (vs Rs 98.41 lakhs). Operating cash flow declined sharply to Rs 7.50 lakhs from Rs 1,164.27 lakhs primarily due to significant increases in inventories (Rs 360.95 lakhs) and trade receivables (Rs 303.83 lakhs). Current borrowings nearly tripled to Rs 1,911.74 lakhs from Rs 729.13 lakhs. The company declared two interim dividends during FY26 and completed a share split from Rs 5 face value to Rs 1 each in January 2026.
Positive earnings growth but concerning cash flow deterioration. The sharp drop in operating cash flow despite profit growth suggests working capital stress. Shareholders should monitor the increase in debt levels and receivable collection.
