Jagmeet Singh Sabharwal, a promoter of United Van Der Horst Limited, sold 1,00,000 equity shares (0.73% of the company's voting capital) to Max Spare Limited — a Person Acting in Concert (PAC) with him — via an off-market transaction on November 20, 2025. His holding fell from 95,54,170 shares (69.28%) to 94,54,170 shares (68.56%).
