Unitholders approve MAIF 4 acquisition of over 25% units in Maple Infra Trust

Maple Infrastructure Trust unitholders approved MAIF 4 Investments India 2 Pte. Ltd.'s acquisition of more than 25% of outstanding trust units. At the June 15, 2026 EGM, 86.04% of eligible unitholders by value voted in favor (100% of votes cast were in favor, none against), exceeding the 75% threshold. Sponsor votes (35.45 crore units) were excluded as related party. Public institutions holding 6.35 crore units unanimously approved, and 69.82% of public non-institutions (3.82 crore units) voted in favor.
