UNIVASTU India has allotted 18,19,800 equity shares at Rs 216 each (total Rs 9.41 crore) upon conversion of warrants issued on a preferential basis in January 2025. The warrants went to 16 non-promoter investors, each convertible into one equity share of Rs 10 face value. Post-allotment paid-up capital rises to 3,78,06,570 shares from 3,59,86,770 shares. A few warrant holders paid only part of the balance 75 percent; the board chose not to forfeit their initial 25 percent deposit and instead allotted shares in proportion to the amount actually received.
Equity dilution of about 5 percent from warrant conversion. Cash inflow of Rs 9.41 crore strengthens capital. New shares rank equally with existing equity.
