Univastu India Limited reported strong Q4 FY26 results with revenue of Rs 109.44 Crores, up 174% YoY from Rs 39.91 Crores in Q4 FY25. Net profit surged 145% YoY to Rs 10.33 Crores, while EBITDA grew 85% YoY to Rs 15.26 Crores. For full year FY26, revenue reached Rs 243.35 Crores (42% YoY growth) and net profit was Rs 25.69 Crores (66% YoY growth). However, EBITDA margin compressed to 13.94% in Q4 FY26 from 20.67% in Q4 FY25, indicating margin pressure. The company has a robust unexecuted order book of Rs 1,854.14 Crores across 24 ongoing projects, including metro, sports complex, and net-zero infrastructure projects. Management has guided for 40% CAGR organically with potential to exceed 50% through strategic partnerships.
While revenue and profit growth are impressive, the sharp margin compression in Q4 raises concerns about profitability sustainability. The strong order book of Rs 1,854 Crores provides revenue visibility for the next 2-3 years. However, investors should monitor whether the company can arrest margin decline while executing its large order book.
