The Board recommended dividend of ₹4.50 per share (45%) subject to shareholder approval. The company is investing ₹550 crore in ongoing organic capacity expansion and an additional ₹73 crore for EHV Cable facility modernization at Satna to enhance overseas competitiveness. Independent Director Shri Bachh Raj Nahar will cease to be director from June 14, 2026 upon attaining age 75, and Shri Ajay Kumar Sharma was appointed as Company Secretary and KMP.
Strong double-digit revenue and PAT growth signals solid operational performance. The 68-82% PAT growth substantially exceeds typical thresholds and reflects improved profitability. Heavy capex and debt levels warrant monitoring of working capital management.
