Universal Cables: Notice on transfer of unclaimed dividend and shares to IEPF

Universal Cables has published a newspaper notice about transferring unpaid dividend for FY 2018-19 and the corresponding equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). The dividend was declared on 5 August 2019 and will be transferred to IEPF on 9 September 2026. Shareholders can claim the unpaid dividend on or before 31 August 2026 by contacting the RTA MUFG Intime India. New share certificates will be issued and original ones cancelled for physical holders, while demat accounts will be debited for demat holders.
