The company has informed BSE that the trading window for its securities will be closed from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the Board meeting where unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026 are approved. This is per SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015. Designated persons' demat accounts will be frozen during the closure period to prevent insider trading. Q1 results will be filed with the exchange within 45 days of quarter end.
Routine compliance filing. Insiders cannot trade until Q1 results are announced. Investors may wait for the numbers before taking fresh positions.
