Uno Minda reported standalone revenue of Rs 14,700 crore for FY26, up ~18% from Rs 12,456 crore in FY25. Net profit grew ~22% to Rs 972 crore from Rs 796 crore. Q4 standalone revenue was Rs 3,931 crore with net profit of Rs 203 crore. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.75/share (87.5%), bringing total FY26 dividend to Rs 2.65/share (132.5%). Key board decisions include seeking shareholder approval to raise up to Rs 2,500 crore via securities; investing Rs 310 crore in equity of Uno Minda Auto Innovations Private Limited (WOS) for a Rs 550 crore 4W EV Powertrain Project; investing up to Rs 20 crore in wholly-owned subsidiary UMEVS; and revising acquisition consideration for 19% stake in Minda Onkyo India to Rs 0.68/share. Exceptional items of Rs 35.18 crore (net) were recorded for the year, comprising a Rs 11.76 crore impairment on UMBM and Rs 23.42 crore labour code provision.
