UNO Minda's Board approved audited standalone FY2026 results showing revenue from operations of Rs. 14,699.65 crore (up ~18% from Rs. 12,455.66 crore in FY2025) and net profit of Rs. 971.69 crore (up ~22% from Rs. 796.26 crore). Operating margin improved to 11.05% vs 10.44% a year ago. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.75 per share (total FY dividend Rs. 2.65 per share, i.e., 132.5%).
