UNO Minda reported standalone revenue of Rs. 14,699.65 crore for FY 2025-26, up 18% from Rs. 12,455.66 crore in FY 2024-25. Net profit grew 22% to Rs. 971.69 crore from Rs. 796.26 crore. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.75 per share, bringing total FY26 dividend to Rs. 2.65 per share (132.5% payout).
