Swara Baby Products, a contract manufacturer of baby diapers, adult diapers and feminine hygiene products backed by FirstCry parent Brainbees Solutions, has filed DRHP with Sebi to raise over Rs 1,000 crore via IPO. The issue comprises a Rs 500 crore fresh issue and a Rs 500 crore offer for sale, with Brainbees Solutions offloading shares worth up to Rs 300 crore. The company reported FY26 revenue of Rs 1,163.9 crore and profit after tax of Rs 95.58 crore, and holds around 37 percent market share in baby diaper contract manufacturing.
