Upcoming IPO: Sathya Agencies, Kanohar Electricals, Torrent Gas get SEBI nod to launch IPOs

SEBI has approved IPO proposals from three companies: consumer electronics retailer Sathya Agencies, transformer manufacturer Kanohar Electricals, and city gas distributor Torrent Gas. Sathya Agencies is targeting a raise of around Rs 600 crore through a Rs 300 crore fresh issue and a Rs 300 crore offer for sale by promoters. Kanohar Electricals' IPO includes a fresh issue of up to Rs 300 crore and an offer for sale of 1.45 crore shares by promoter K Sons Family Trust, with proceeds earmarked for capacity expansion and sustainability initiatives.
