Netripples Software posted Q1 FY26 revenue of ₹121.33 lakhs, up about 27% from ₹95.68 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Net profit came in at ₹3.18 lakhs versus ₹0.42 lakhs a year ago, with EPS of ₹0.05. Quarterly expenses of ₹118.15 lakhs include a large ₹115 lakh entry under 'Changes in inventories,' which is unusual for a software company and matches the ₹988.86 lakh inventory pile on the balance sheet (around 95% of total assets of ₹1,042.64 lakhs). Cash and equivalents are very thin at ₹0.25 lakh, though operating cash flow for the quarter was positive at ₹4.83 lakhs. Auditor BGS & Associates gave an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications, emphasis of matter, or going concern flag.
The topline growth and swing to a small profit are positive on the surface, but the absolute numbers are tiny, growth is off a very low base, and the heavy inventory build on the books is unusual for a software firm and worth scrutiny. With minimal cash and almost all assets tied up in inventory, shareholders should watch liquidity and the nature of that inventory closely in coming quarters.
