UPL has published newspaper ads in Financial Express (English) and Western Times (Gujarati) informing shareholders about a SEBI-mandated one-year special window running from Feb 5, 2026 to Feb 4, 2027. The window allows transfer and dematerialisation of physical shares where transfer deeds were executed before April 1, 2019, including fresh lodgements and earlier rejected cases. Eligible investors can lodge or re-lodge requests with the company RTA, MUFG Intime India. Transferred shares will be credited only in demat form and are subject to a one-year lock-in from the date of registration.
