Urban Company reported Q4 FY26 NTV of ₹1,148 Cr, up 42% YoY - the highest growth in 15 quarters. Full-year FY26 NTV reached ₹4,290 Cr with 33% growth (ex-KSA). Revenue from operations grew 43% YoY to ₹426 Cr in Q4 and ₹1,556 Cr for FY26. The India Consumer Services core business (ex-InstaHelp) achieved 4.1% Adjusted EBITDA margin, improving from 3.3% in FY25, driven by growth-led operating leverage. Excluding InstaHelp losses of ₹(119) Cr in Q4, the core delivered ₹22 Cr EBITDA. The company ended FY26 with ₹2,021 Cr in cash. InstaHelp scaled to 2.7 million orders in Q4 from near-zero at FY26 start, with management expecting losses to remain elevated as they invest to cement market leadership. Native grew 122% YoY to ₹345 Cr NTV with EBITDA loss narrowing to (8.9)% of NTV. International turned profitable at ₹6 Cr EBITDA with 75% YoY NTV growth.
Positive for shareholders - core business is accelerating with structurally improving margins while the company maintains strong cash position to fund InstaHelp investments. Management guided to EBITDA breakeven by Q3 FY28 and ₹1,000 Cr EBITDA by FY31.
