Urban Company reported 37% YoY growth in revenue from operations (44% on like-for-like basis excluding KSA deconsolidation) for Q2 FY26, reaching INR 380 Cr. Net Transaction Value (NTV) grew 31% to INR 1,030 Cr. The Core India Services business remained profitable at the Adjusted EBITDA level, while international markets (UAE and Singapore) achieved Adjusted EBITDA breakeven. Overall Adjusted EBITDA was a loss of INR 35 Cr, mainly driven by a INR 44 Cr loss in the newly launched Insta Help vertical. Excluding Insta Help, the business delivered an Adjusted EBITDA profit of INR 10 Cr (0.9% of NTV), an improvement of INR 15 Cr YoY. The company holds INR 2,136 Cr in cash and cash equivalents, with 7.4 million annual transacting users across 51 cities.
Strong top-line growth, profitable core India business, international breakeven, and a robust cash pile of over INR 2,100 Cr are positives for shareholders. However, the overall Adjusted EBITDA loss due to investments in the new Insta Help vertical and slight margin compression in core India services (3.1% to 2.4% of NTV) may temper near-term sentiment.
