US stocks today: Nasdaq ends lower with tech slip; investors assess softer jobs data

US markets ended mixed with the Dow rising 560 points (1.10%) to 52,865.24 for its fourth consecutive weekly gain, while the Nasdaq fell 226 points (0.87%) to 25,813.75 on weakness in tech and semiconductor stocks.
