USG Tech Solutions has informed BSE that the trading window for its directors, promoters, officers, designated employees and their immediate relatives will remain closed from Wednesday, July 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27). The closure is pursuant to SEBI Insider Trading Regulations, 2015 and the company's internal code of conduct. The date of the board meeting to approve the results will be communicated later.
