UTI AMC reported its Q1 FY26 results with consolidated total revenue of ₹547 crore, up 3% YoY. Core income (Sale of Services) grew 12% YoY to ₹379 crore, while consolidated PAT declined 7% YoY to ₹237 crore due to a ₹39 crore forex hit at UTI International; excluding this, PAT would have been ₹276 crore (+8.6% YoY). Standalone PAT rose 16% YoY to ₹216 crore, with core PAT up 19% YoY. Total Group AUM reached ₹21,93,215 crore (+13.28% YoY), with UTI MF QAAUM at ₹3,60,867 crore (+16.15% YoY) and a 5% market share. SIP AUM stood at ₹42,196 crore (+16.9% YoY), and digital transactions rose nearly 30% YoY. UTI Pension Fund held a 24.67% share of NPS AUM, while the company also highlighted expansion of UTI International and new AIF fund launches.
Mixed quarter for shareholders: strong AUM and SIP growth signal business momentum, but consolidated headline PAT fell YoY on forex losses. Standalone earnings remain healthy and core metrics are improving, supporting the stock's fundamentals even as consolidated numbers look soft on the surface.
