UTL Industries has withdrawn its earlier application (dated September 4, 2024) seeking reclassification of three persons from the Promoter/Promoter Group category to the Public category. The three individuals are Vimal Ramesh Shah, Nita Pratik Shah, and Vijay Jayantilal Shah.
