UVS Hospitality and Services Ltd reported strong consolidated results for Q1 FY26. Revenue from operations jumped to Rs 2,402.37 lakhs, up about 89% from Rs 1,269.02 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Net profit on a consolidated basis rose to Rs 116.55 lakhs from Rs 64.16 lakhs, a growth of roughly 82% year-on-year. The growth was driven mainly by its subsidiaries, including UVS Investment Management Pty Ltd (Australia) which alone contributed Rs 1,258.52 lakhs in revenue. On a standalone basis, however, the company still posted a loss of Rs 101.95 lakhs, though narrower than the Rs 154.08 lakhs loss a year ago. The auditor (TDK & Co.) issued an unmodified limited review report on both the consolidated and standalone results.
Consolidated revenue and profit nearly doubled year-on-year, which is a positive signal for shareholders as the group-level business is scaling up fast, mainly through subsidiaries. However, the standalone parent is still loss-making, so investors should watch whether this growth is sustainable and when the core Indian restaurant business turns profitable.
