V-Guard Industries reported strong Q4 FY26 performance with consolidated net revenue of Rs. 1755.27 crs, up 14.1% YoY, and profit after tax of Rs. 112.13 crs, up 23% YoY. For the full year FY26, revenue grew 7% to Rs. 5965.78 crs, while PAT declined 1.7% to Rs. 308.33 crs due to a one-time Labour Code impact of Rs. 22.11 crs as an exceptional item — underlying PAT grew 3.6%. Segment-wise, Electronics revenue surged 22.3% in Q4 (margin 17.4%) and Electricals grew 15.9% (margin 12.3%), but Consumer Durables revenue grew only 4.1% with sharply compressed margins at 1.6%. South region grew 16.2% while non-south grew 11.8%. Working capital efficiency improved with debtor days at 33 and working capital days at 60 vs 70 a year ago.
Q4 results show robust growth momentum with strong profitability expansion, though full-year PAT was pressured by one-time charges. The sharp margin decline in Consumer Durables is a concern, while Electronics and Electricals drove overall performance. The management cited resilience against West Asia war-related commodity inflation and expressed optimism for FY27.
