V-Guard delivered strong Q4 FY26 performance with revenue of INR 1,755 crores, up 14.1% Y-o-Y. Full year revenue grew 7% with nearly all growth coming from H2. Electronics segment led with 22.3% growth, followed by Electrical at 15.9% and Consumer Durables at 4.1%. Sunflame reported 8.6% Q4 growth. Gross margin remained healthy at 35.3%. EBITDA grew 19.3% Y-o-Y to INR 171 crores in Q4, with full year EBITDA at INR 527 crores (8.8% margin). PAT grew 23% Y-o-Y in Q4 to INR 112 crores. The company reported net cash of INR 231 crores and recommended dividend of INR 1.5 per share. Management cited West Asia conflict causing 8-13% cost inflation, with 75% passed on to consumers so far and remaining 25% expected as high-cost inventory flows through. Solar inverter business is growing rapidly. FY27 volume growth target is 10-12% with 1-2% price growth.
Strong Q4 recovery with robust cash generation positions the company well. While commodity inflation remains a near-term challenge, early price hike actions should protect margins. Focus on double-digit EBITDA margins in medium term pending normalization of inflation and good summer demand.
