V-Guard Industries reported strong Q4 FY26 performance with revenue of ₹1,755 crore (up 14.1% YoY) and PAT of ₹112 crore (up 23% YoY). For the full year FY26, consolidated revenue reached ₹5,966 crore (up 7%), but PAT declined 1.7% to ₹308 crore due to an exceptional charge of ₹22 crore from new Labour Codes; underlying PAT grew 3.6%. The company generated robust cash flow of ₹458.55 crore and improved net cash position to ₹231.16 crore from ₹63.83 crore. EBITDA margin expanded to 9.7% in Q4 from 9.3% in Q4 FY25, though full-year margin contracted to 8.8% from 9.2%. Segment-wise, Electricals led with 15.9% growth, while Consumer Durables lagged at 4.1% growth. Sunflame integration is complete with some growth traction. The Board recommended a dividend of ₹1.50 per share (150%).
Strong Q4 recovery driven by volume growth and improved operational efficiency is positive for shareholders. However, full-year margin contraction and geopolitical commodity inflation risks remain concerns. The improved cash position and dividend payout signal financial stability.
