V2 Retail reported strong Q4 and FY26 results with revenue up 63% YoY to ₹3,067 Cr and PAT up 125% to ₹162 Cr. Q4 PAT grew 172% YoY to ₹17.5 Cr. Net working capital days increased to 81 from 45 days due to higher inventory for existing stores and planned expansions.
