V2 Retail has submitted to the exchanges the newspaper cuttings of its unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025), published in Financial Express and Jansatta on July 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at Rs. 63,313.59 lakhs, up from Rs. 41,642.55 lakhs in Q1 FY25, a YoY jump of about 52%. Net profit after tax (consolidated) came in at Rs. 2,466.31 lakhs versus Rs. 1,633.97 lakhs a year ago, a YoY rise of roughly 51%. Standalone PAT was Rs. 2,774.59 lakhs (vs Rs. 1,586.19 lakhs YoY). EPS for the quarter was Rs. 7.13 compared to Rs. 4.72 in the same quarter last year. The results were approved by the Board on July 30, 2025 after review by the audit committee.
Strong double-digit YoY growth in both revenue and profits is a positive signal for shareholders, reflecting healthy demand in the value retail segment. The sharp QoQ PAT jump comes off a low Q4 base, so investors should focus on the cleaner YoY comparison, which points to a strong operating performance.
