Vaarad Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that the trading window for dealing in its securities will remain closed from 1st January 2026 until 48 hours after the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended 31st December 2025 become generally available. The closure applies to all promoters, directors, officers, designated persons, and their immediate relatives, in line with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's insider trading code. In compliance with SEBI's April 2025 circular on automation of trading window closure at the ISIN level, the PANs of designated persons and their immediate relatives will be submitted to the designated depository to freeze their trading rights during this period. The date of the board meeting to approve the Q3 results will be communicated separately.
